Examples from our own projects. Every one of these is built to go round a loop many times, not to be thrown away after one trip.
Thermoformed trays and lids
PP twinsheet trays
Formed from two PP sheets that are fused together, so the tray is hollow, stiff and light. Stacks in a pallet-sized system, takes years of loops and can be repaired and color-coded.
Twinsheet nest trays
Each part lies in its own formed pocket, so shafts never touch and the operator picks them in a fixed order.
Single-sheet thermoformed trays
Thinner, lower-cost trays and blisters that nest when empty. A good fit for smaller parts and short loops.
Thermoformed lids and top trays
Lids that clamp parts in place and close a tray stack or pallet, from 600 x 800 to 1200 x 800 mm.
Dividers and compartments
PP corrugated compartments
Slotted PP corrugated walls that form a cell for each part. Washable, moisture-proof and much longer-lasting than cardboard. Available in conductive (ESD) and recycled PP.
Dividers for Euronorm and KLT boxes
Divider sets made to fit the boxes you already pool, such as Euronorm and KLT containers, so the box stays and only the insert changes per part.
PP sheets and layer pads
Punched PP sheets and grids that separate layers and hold parts in position. Sized to carry the weight of the layers above.
Foldable compartments
Compartments that fold flat when empty, so the return transport takes far less space.
Foam, spacers and dunnage
PE foam inserts and sheets
Soft, clean foam that cushions finished surfaces and keeps its shape over many trips. Cut to plain sheets or with pockets.
HDPE, honeycomb and multiplex spacers
Spacers made from HDPE sheet, PP or carton honeycomb, or multiplex (plywood), for strong separation between heavy layers.
Racks and covers
Steel racks with dunnage
Steel racks fitted with foam or plastic dunnage, for heavy and bulky parts that travel in a closed loop.
Partitioned racks
Racks divided into cells with PP or textile partitions, so each part is held separately and picked from the side.
Returnable covers
Reusable fabric covers that keep dust and rain off cages and racks, with closures that stay on in transport.
